Architect and build AWS infrastructure using Terraform:
As part of implementing our Infrastructure as a code we developed Terraform to create, change and reproduce AWS infrastructure. We would create and destroy a whole suite of AWS services within minutes with minimal to no manual intervention. Used Jenkins, GIT, Nexus as part of the automation process.
Migrated physical servers to AWS:
This was a big initiative at the company to migrate physical servers to AWS. As a member of the design and architect team, worked closely with Amazon and Broadridge teams to successfully cut-over servers to AWS
Automated EC2 instance snapshots using Lambda:
Automated daily backups of all the EC2 instances across regions. Used Lambda function with node.js code. The backups were retained for two days and then the oldest backup was deleted. All the lambda function worked based on Tags
